The Engel H. Sprague Senior Recreation Complex, located at the Ocean Township Community Center, is now open. The senior complex will also serve as a community outreach center for distributing information on programs that are important to seniors and will also offer Internet access for its members.

Older Adult Programs Offered by the Alliance & the Recreation Department

Mondays – 7pm Exercise class (free) in the senior room

Tuesdays – 9am Exercise class with Miss Gerry $2 pay as you go

Wednesdays – Move Today Exercise Noon-1pm (free) in the Senior Room

Wednesdays – WII bowling 1:15pm in the Senior Room

Thursdays – 7pm Exercise class (free) in the senior room

Fridays – 9am Line Dancing (free)

Fridays – 12-1pm Tai Chi $28 for 8 weeks

June 15th – Senior Wanderers Meeting – The Fred Guarino Dixieland Band will play 10-11:30 a luncheon will follow All attendees are asked to bring a desert or a bag of chips with them – the Main lunch meal will be provide

June 24 – July 29 WISE program 10am-noon in the Community Center – pre registration required.
